I offer a compassionate, respectful and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing and reconnect with your own strengths. Whether you’re living with health anxiety, adjusting to illness, navigating grief, burnout or major life changes, we work together to understand what is happening beneath the surface and discover new ways of responding.
You may recognise experiences such as:
- persistent worry about symptoms or your health
- intrusive thoughts or “what if…” thinking
- difficulty trusting your body
- fear of things getting worse
- grief following illness or unexpected life changes
- feeling alone, different, confused or disconnected
- losing hope that things can improve
I will help you slow this down and start to untangle symptoms, feelings, thoughts and hopeful possibilities.
Together we create a sense of safety that allows us to gently study your experience with curiosity rather than judgement.
Together we might explore:
- the physical sensations that accompany anxiety or stress
- emotions that feel difficult to express
- habitual ways of protecting yourself
- beliefs that have developed through life experience
- memories that continue to shape the present
- moments of playfulness, curiosity, self-compassion and joy
- new ways of relating to yourself and others
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. You come simply as you are. Together we will explore how you have survived, how you might thrive – and how you can reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.
